MGBIAW Challenge -- Day 4

So, yesterday got about 1900 words written. For me, who's used to churning out 3-5k a day it feels low, but considering it's the highest of the three days we've been doing this, I think I'm making progress.

Let's see how much I can get written today. I've got a transition chapter to write, then I'll get to one I think will be fun -- the first day at a new school. I have all sorts of delicious surprises my MC isn't going to like. At all. ~rubs hands together with glee~

How's day four going? Let me know even if you've had an epic wordfail or slow day. It's okay. We all have them.

I'm up to 15K (actually 14956 but who's counting?) total! Woot! But still only half way there on Thursday. Eeek! Screech!

Really wanted to do more today. Just isn't going to happen, as I'm falling asleep with my computer in my lap. Only 279 today, to bring my total to 4005 in four days. Yowsa. I'm going to need to do some SERIOUS writing over the weekend to get to 26K in the next 6 days. But all I can do is try! Not now though. Now is bed time.

Zero words today. No excuses, but my horse is all bathed and beautiful. Gear is all loaded. Ready for the show tomorrow! Hopefully will be able to squeeze time in for writing in the afternoon.

I wrote 1065 words today, up to just over 9k. I'm not going to finish the book this week or this month, but I'll finish next month if I keep up this pace. (yay!)

I wrote 1500 words yesterday. I'm up to 10k. You know, if you want we can extend it to July 7. I chose that date because for those of you doing the writing game with Candy havens we're supposed to have our ms' done by the 7th of july...

No words for two days. :( But I really wasn't kidding when I said this week/weekend is the busiest of my whole summer. So I will likely have to extend my "deadline." My mare won Grand Reserve. My son lost a heartbreaker in his tennis match in tie break. Okay, time to squeak out some words in between matches.
Great job Kristen, Kerri, Marilyn and Suzanne! This daily check-in is great motivation to keep going!
